Growth Consultant - Automotive Industry

Your Mission
This role is for a hands-on, high-impact consultant who will work directly with our automotive and collision repair clients. You will be responsible for understanding their unique challenges and architecting the growth and GTM strategies necessary to help them achieve their revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Strategy: Act as a trusted, consultative partner to multiple clients simultaneously, guiding them through strategic challenges and opportunities.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Develop, pitch, and oversee the implementation of robust GTM strategies designed to accelerate client growth and market penetration.
Project Management & Deliverables: Manage all aspects of client engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Growth Roadmaps: Analyze market data, client performance metrics, and industry trends to create actionable, data-driven growth roadmaps.
Performance Tracking: Work with internal teams to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on the impact of implemented strategies.
Industry Expertise: Serve as the internal expert on automotive and collision repair industry dynamics, helping the agency and clients stay ahead of the curve.
What You Bring on Board
Consultative Experience: Proven experience in a consulting role (e.g., at a major consulting firm or a high-growth agency) focused on GTM, business expansion and optimizing business operations.
Automotive Industry Background: Direct professional experience within the automotive, dealership, or collision repair sectors is required.
Proven Growth Track Record: Demonstrated success in helping businesses achieve significant, measurable growth results.
Agility & Pace: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver exceptional results for multiple clients concurrently.
Analytical Mindset: Highly skilled in data analysis, process optimization, and translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex strategies to senior leadership.
